چکیده
The trend towards miniature manufacturing in high technological fields like bioengineering, electronics and aerospace has increased dramatically over the last decade. Many methods of micro have been researched applied to manufacture small scale components. Among these micro-mechanical machining shown themselves be attractive alternatives. Micro milling is one most frequently used method with potential for precise complex parts. aim this work present principal aspects related technology, emphasis on process modeling quality finished product. Modeling of Turn-milling Process
This paper presents an analytical approach for modeling of turn-milling which is a promising cutting process combining two conventional machining operations; turning and milling. This relatively new technology could be an alternative to turning for improved productivity in many applications but especially in cases involving hard-to-machine material or large work diameter. Intermittent nature of...
متن کاملReview of Micro-Particles of Hydroxyapatite Nanoparticles by Ball Milling
Hydroxyapatite (HA) is the most important bioactive ceramics because of biocompatibility and structural similarity to the mineral part of bones and teeth of broad clinical application in the field of dentistry, orthopedic and coatings are Biomaterials. The aim of this study was to construct nano-hydroxyapatite micro particles using calcite, silica and zinc oxide using ball milling, powder, thes...
متن کاملModeling micro - end - milling operations . Part II : tool run - out
The effect of run-out is clearly noticed in micro-end-milling operations, while the same run-out creates negligible change at the cutting force profile of conventional end-milling operations. In this paper, the cutting force characteristics of micro-end-milling operations with tool run-out are investigated. An analytical cutting force model is developed for micro-end-milling operations with too...
متن کاملModeling of three-dimensional cutting forces in micro-end-milling
A new nominal uncut chip thickness algorithm for micro-scale end-milling is proposed by considering the combination of an exact trochoidal trajectory of the tool tip and tool run-out, and then the actual uncut chip thickness may be obtained from a comparison between the current accumulative uncut chip thickness and the minimum chip thickness. Due to the intermittency of the chip formation, the ...
